What Does Your Process Look Like?
[1] Examine
Onboarding & Essentials
We start by learning about your brand and your ideal customer profile.
Afterwards we focus on maximising deliverability, strategy development, market reserach, developing and launching the pop-up form and essetials flows immediately as well as outline the campaign calendar for content emails.
[2] Plan
Finalizing Flows & Initial Content
After a couple weeks all the flows (typically 8-10 flows) are completed and ready to deploy as well as the first batch of content emails.
All the completed items are sent over to you for review before launching.
[3] Execute
Launch, Reporting & A/B Testing
We aim to launch everything within a month or two of onboarding.
After launch we continue to regularly release fresh pieces of content (typically 2-4x a week), maintaining deliverability, growing and segmenting your list for personalization and producing weekly and monthly reports to monitor progress.
